Experience the perfect blend of heat and beats as we introduce the Rock Fest component to this summer’s event at McMillin Farm Collective. Each evening at 5 PM, our DJ entertainment hands it off to live rock performances from some of the region’s most exciting bands.

DIRECTIONS TO FESTIVAL
The Washington Hot Sauce Festival & ROCK Festival 2025 is held at McMillin Farm Collective, just outside Orting in the historic Puyallup River Valley. Home to the McMillin Farm Brewhouse and McMillin Farm Produce Stand, the collective offers a unique setting for bold flavors, cold beer, and great views of Mt. Rainier—all in a relaxed farm atmosphere.

Event Entrance Use 128th ST E Gates
Please use our 128th St E gate, located at the back entrance of McMillin Farm Collective, for all festival entry and parking. This is our main access point for events and is designed to handle traffic smoothly.
Entering from 128th St E gives you direct access to a traffic light on WA-162, making arrival and departure safer and faster, especially during busy festival hours. Look for signage and volunteers directing traffic near the gate. We recommend avoiding the front barn entrance for this event to keep foot traffic and vehicle flow separated.

What are the Hot Sauce Festival hours?
The Hot Sauce Festival runs from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday and 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday. At 5:00 PM, the hot sauce vendors close and the Rock Fest begins.
I don't like super spicy food. Will I enjoy the festival?
Absolutely! Many of our vendors specialize in mild, flavor-focused craft sauces. You’ll find fruit-based sauces, herb blends, smoky BBQ sauces, and much more. The festival celebrates all heat levels, not just the extreme ones!
Can I sample before buying?
Most hot sauce vendors offer samples! Just ask. This is perfect for finding your heat level preference.
How do I enter the Hot Wing Competition?
Registration is open from 11 AM – 4 PM on Saturday at the registration tent. Must be 18+ to participate.
How do I vote for vendor awards?
Pick up a voting sheet at the info tent or scan our QR code to vote digitally on your phone.
When does the Rock Fest start?
Rock Fest begins at 5:00 PM each evening and runs until 9:00 PM. Learn More Here
